Executive Creative Director
Mallory Roynon is a Creative Director whose work is defined by a strong point of view, cultural relevance, and a distinct visual sensibility. Raised in Ohio by a mother who worked as a creative director, creativity was woven into everyday life, shaping an approach that balances strategic thinking with instinctive storytelling. Most recently, Mallory led the redesign and rebrand of Playboy, helping reimagine one of the world's most recognizable media brands for a new era. Prior to that, she spent more than four years as Creative Director of Cosmopolitan, overseeing a major redesign and evolving the brand's visual identity and voice for a new generation. Her career has also included leadership roles and contributions at Elle Decor, Airbnb Magazine, Good Housekeeping, WWD, and Esquire. Her work has been recognized by the Society of Publication Designers, the Art Directors Club, American Illustration, American Photography, and the Hearst Excellence Redesign of the Year Awards. Along the way, she commissioned a magazine cover that now resides in the Smithsonian Institution's permanent collection. Known for bringing clarity, personality, and cultural relevance to every project, Mallory creates visual worlds that are thoughtful, unexpected, and built to leave a lasting impression.

Executive Editorial & Fashion Director
Cassie Anderson is a New York–based Fashion Director, stylist, and creative consultant known for her refined, instinctual approach to image making. With more than fifteen years of experience across editorial and brand storytelling, she has established herself as a trusted creative force and recognized for shaping imagery that feels both elevated and culturally resonant. As Fashion Director at Cosmopolitan, Cassie led the brand’s fashion identity across all platforms, styling A-list talent and producing cover stories that balanced relevance with strong visual impact. She brought a highly considered approach to every stage of the creative process, from concept development through execution, ensuring each story maintained a clear and distinctive point of view. Prior to Cosmopolitan, she spent over a decade at Harper’s BAZAAR, where she played an integral role in shaping the publication’s fashion perspective. Her commercial work spans luxury brand storytelling with a more experimental, art-driven sensibility. She has collaborated with Prada, Gucci, Dior, Moncler, Louis Vuitton, and Coach on branded initiatives while maintaining a strong editorial presence. Cassie has worked alongside an international roster of world-renowned photographers, consistently producing imagery that is both intentional and visually striking.

Senior Creative Producer
Emily Adar is an ASME award-winning creative producer and designer with a multidisciplinary background spanning editorial, fashion, beauty, events, and experiential design. Her career has been defined by a thoughtful, detail-driven approach to storytelling and a unique ability to bridge creative vision with seamless execution. She has contributed to leading media brands including Harper’s BAZAAR, Cosmopolitan, InStyle, Town & Country, and Women’s Health, helping bring visual stories to life across print, digital, and live experiences. Trained in Graphic Design with a minor in Photography, Emily brings a strong foundation in visual communication and a deep understanding of how ideas translate across platforms. Her experience extends beyond publishing to scenic and interactive design for theater, producing events and runway presentations during New York Fashion Week, and working as a designer for Estée Lauder. Throughout her career, she has cultivated a practice that combines creativity, organization, and an instinct for immersive storytelling. Known for seamlessly blending creative thinking with production expertise, Emily creates compelling experiences and visual narratives that connect culture, fashion, and design.
